Debra Burnett has successfully represented the San Diego, Riverside, Ventura and northern California counties in new business development for Employers Resource for nearly ten years.
Debra has 18 years of experience in sales development and negotiation in the PEO/human resources outsourcing industry. She was a pioneer in taking the industry national with Your Staff/Kelly Staff Leasing, a subsidiary of Kelly Services, negotiating contracts with NBC, McGraw-Hill School Division, Eastman-Kodak, American Express and many other major corporations. She was awarded Salesperson of the Year for several consecutive years during her tenure.
Her sales career spans four decades with an impressive history including nearly nine years with Tiffany & Company in their Corporate Division. She received the prestigious National Sales Award in 1992 and was one half of the most successful sales duo in Tiffany & Company’s history for Service Award and Incentives Business Sales.
She has extensive training in sales consultation, negotiations, service & product development and sales mentorship. She designed the Sales Training Program for Tiffany & Company’s Western Region, which won national recognition. She has trained and mentored salespeople in two industries.
